Laurel Mill Golf Course was originally established as the Elk County Country Club in 1923 by a visionary group of men from the Ridgway area. Due to economic changes over the years, the entity of the private golf course evolved into a facility which includes members, as well as the opportunity for the public to enjoy the course.
Laurel Mill is open from April 1st to October 31st. Hours of operation for this nine hole golf course are 8 a.m. to dusk seven days a week, weather permitting. There is also a driving range and putting green available for practice. A banquet hall is also available for events and can comfortably hold 250 people.
